For individuals in war zones struggling to survive, living on the streets trying to quell hunger and fight the elements, care givers meeting the needs of loved ones, or individuals in high stress / high expectation careers there is often no opportunity to heal.

Time continues to pass, but there is no real chance to rest and become whole.
