New Adventures, Regaining Clinical Autonomy

Today was my last day at a multi-hospital health care system!

I am taking a deep breath, regaining clinical autonomy, and letting the toxic devaluation of physicians that happens at healthcare systems with a large administrative apparatus roll away.

I was terribly sad to leave the wonderful people that do the work everyday caring for patients.

I am incredibly glad to move on to a physician owned and operated private practice that empowers and supports physicians!
