A wave of nausea hit me walking out the door into 90+ degree weather today.

The last couple of days we have been staying in doors as much as possible, keeping lights out, and limiting use of the stove / oven.

We are lucky to be able to take these measure to protect our family and pets.

Also, we are blessed to have a very shady property that has areas for wildlife to seek relief and we have multiple large tubs of water available for them to drink.

Not everyone is as fortunate, remember to help if you can –even if it is just spreading information and contact information for local shelters / relief centers that provide hydration and climate control.
